RETURN POLICY

1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights (transposing EU Directive 2011/83), you have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract, without having to justify your decision, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you take possession of the product.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify us by an unequivocal statement:

We recommend that you include: the order number, returned products, and contact details.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for return, products must:

Be in the same condition you received them
Be unused, undamaged and with original labels intact
To be returned, as far as possible, in the original packaging

Exceptions: By law, certain products cannot be returned (e.g., personalized or custom-made products, unsealed hygiene products).

4. RETURN COSTS

The direct cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

5. REFUND

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will refund the amount paid (including the initial standard delivery costs, according to the law) within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction (via Stripe), at no additional cost to you.

6. DEFECTIVE OR WRONGLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If the product you receive is defective, damaged or different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will cover the return costs and offer you a replacement product or a full refund.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity according to the legislation in force (GEO 140/2021).
